Although Netflix recently lost deals with a few major distributors, audiences can still expect some old classics and Netflix originals hitting the small screen this month. From “Saving Private Ryan” to “Narcos” Season 2, check out some of the must-see offerings below!

“Jaws” – Sept. 1
This 1975 classic from Steven Spielberg deserves a revisit! It did win three Oscars after all.

“Saving Private Ryan” – Sept. 1
Another Spielberg movie on the Netflix rotation for September! This one won five (!) Oscars and stars Tom Hanks, Matt Damon, Edward Burns, and let’s not forget—Vin Diesel! (“The Fast and the Furious” is also available now if you’re interested in more Diesel.) So do what Hanks says below and just watch!

“Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street”
If you’re a fan of Stephen Sondheim, Tim Burton, Johnny Depp, or Helena Bonham Carter (c’mon, you must like at least one of those!), you should watch—or rewatch—the 2007 flick for a reminder of why. It’s delightfully dark and will have you humming about a meat pie or two. And if you want more Depp looking pale and gaunt after you’re done, “Sleepy Hollow” is up for a watch!

“Narcos,” Season 2 – Sept. 2
Emmy nominee Wagner Moura is back for another season as the Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar. Keeping up with its freshman stride, “Narcos” is still a phenomenal blend of brilliant acting, historical documentary, and wit. We can raise a glass to that.

“Crash” – Sept. 6
Some are still baffled that “Crash” won an Oscar in 2006 over “Brokeback Mountain” and “Capote.” Maybe you’ll find something the critics who love to hate this film didn’t when you watch it in the comfort of your livingroom.

“Portlandia,” Season 6 – Sept. 24
Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein are as weird and awesome as ever in this satirical comedy series about Portland, Oregon. Once you start it, you’ll be chanting like Brownstein below.

“The Imitation Game” – Sept. 28
Benedict Cumberbatch is captivating as the genius war hero and mathematician Alan Turing. Set during World War II, this high-stakes period drama also stars Keira Knightley and Matthew Goode.

“Marvel’s Luke Cage” – Sept. 30
Mike Colter was so good on “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” that he got his own spin off show as the (nearly) indestructible titular character. We cannot wait!
